* Effective engagement and relationship management with vulnerable children, young people and families and other stakeholders.
* Experience of formulating, implementing and reviewing agreed care plans.
* Experience of working within a statutory Children’s Services setting.
* Can demonstrate an awareness of the impact of their involvement as a child care professional
* Experience of carrying out timely assessments of service user’s needs, using practice guidance and departmental policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
* Registration with Social Work England.
* Experience in statutory social work functions, including safeguarding and support.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social work practice.
* Commitment to promoting social change, safeguarding vulnerable individuals, and maximising independence.
