Job Description:
A brand new opportunity has arisen for Proactive Account Manager to join a market leading technology business who are an amazing business that I have worked with for the last 10 years.
They are looking for someone to join their fun, collaborative and energetic sales team and take over the customer base for the Birmingham area.
This role can be based in the office in Birmingham or St Neots.
The lovely and super supportive manager is looking for someone with the right character. The right attitude and team fit is everything for this role.
As the training is amazing and all support on process, products and how to be strategic in the role is provided.
The purpose of the position is to take responsibility of building the brand of this business and selling the products to new businesses to exceed sales revenue targets. You will be managing customers in the Birmingham area which is a mix of repeat customers, low spend and lapsed business as well as new business.
Benefits:
Salary = £31,000 basic + up to £18K bonus in first year!!! Some of the top performer’s earners are earning a lot higher.
Full 2 to 4 week extensive training both classroom and on the job with fulls upport

Expectations include:
* Achieves set revenue targets within a geographical area
* Promotes products and services
* Gathers and feeds back on competitor and market information
* Prioritises and manages daily workload
* Attend sales meetings and prepares requested information
* Completes weekly sales reports
* Follows up leads generated through marketing activity
* Meets Product sales volume targets
