Job Description:
Are you seeking an opportunity to work with a leading Law firm in Northampton as an Assistant Case Handler within Conveyancing?
Assisting the Legal Case Handlers, you will play a crucial role in the team providing support with the following tasks:
* Replies to enquiries
* Reviewing mortgage offers
* Providing updates to agents / clients
* Setting up completions
* Additional tasks as required
Requirements:
* An understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures in the United Kingdom.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document preparation and review.
* Organizational skills to effectively manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks.
* Proficient in using relevant legal software and technology for case management.
