Job Description:
Equifind are supporting a $3bn real estate investment platform firm in their search for a new Finance Manager. The role will be based from their London Mayfair office 3 days pw.
Working alongside some key institutional equity partners, they have invested in and managed assets across the UK, Spain, France, German and Sweden. You will be joining a team of 20 professionals, while reporting directly to the Finance Director.
The role presents a great opportunity for an individual looking for a position with blend of financial reporting and analysis with strategic business input. You will work closely with the senior management team as well as the businesses external advisors/partners, including fund managers, investment banks etc. Key Deliverables:
* Management of Fund and Corporate entities onshore and offshore.
* Manage investor reporting and maintain relationships with equity partners and third-party JV partners.
* Oversee quarterly and annual reporting, coordinate audits, and handle tax reporting for UK and US jurisdictions.
* Conduct bank covenant testing for the portfolio.
* Generate monthly fee income invoices for third-party capital partners.
* Provide support in the regulatory approval process to facilitate broader fundraising efforts.
* Assist in the preparation of fundraising documents, including tracking investor presentations.
* Supervise service providers such as administrators, corporate accountants, tax advisors, and auditors.
* Take charge of corporate payment processing, cash flow management, and group recharges across various structures.
* Aid the Finance Director in establishing and enhancing operational controls and processes for the management company.
Package Includes
* £55-65,000 base salary.

Application Criteria
* Recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA preferred).
* At least 3 years of working in an audit or financial reporting-focused role.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent report writing and able to confidently liaise with a range of stakeholders.
* Proven stakeholder management experience and relationship building skills.
