Full time Cook required for the established Lakeside Cafe situated on Wylands Farm in Powdermill Lane Battle. They are a fast-paced busy cafe, serving a full menu and homemade counter goods.
Main Duties:
* Short order cooking
* Running the kitchen 2 days a week
* Ensure that a good standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained throughout the kitchen, to meet the required standards
* Any other duties required
Qualification’s Skills and Experience:
* Experience working in a kitchen/restaurant environment is essential.
* Experience preferred with short order cooking, but not necessary as full training will be given.
* Qualified to a minimum of level 2 safety in catering required.
* 5 days a week (Two of these days will be solo during busy periods, covering current chefs two days off, so must cope well under pressure).
* Must be fully flexible across all days, including weekends.
