My client is an aerospace manufacturing company looking for a Threaroll Setter/Operator to join their team. They are looking for a hard working individual looking for a challenge and to be rewarded fairly for their efforts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include setting and operating Threadroll or Filletroll machines, with the goal of manufacturing high quality, right first-time products. The ideal candidate will be confident setting and operating Threadroll or Filletroll machines, and will be well-versed creating parts/components for high precision industries such as aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, nuclear, rail etc.

Job Description
* Set and operate threadroll or filletroll machines
* In process deburring and Self Inspection
* Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards
* Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
* Previous experience setting and operating thread rolling or fillet rolling machines (manual or CNC)
* Confident machining high precision components for highly regulated industries such as aerospace, oil & gas, automotive, nuclear, rail etc.
* Strong problem solving ability
