My client is an aerospace manufacturing company looking for a Grinding Setter/Operator to join their team. They are looking for a hard working individual looking for a challenge and to be rewarded fairly for their efforts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include setting and operating manual grinding machines (centreless), with the goal of manufacturing high quality, right first-time products. The ideal candidate will be confident setting and operating centreless grinding machines, and will be well-versed creating parts/components for high precision industries such as aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, nuclear, rail etc.

*Set and operate manual grinding machines (centreless)
*In process deburring and Self Inspection
*Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards
*Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to

Grinding Setter/Operator
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
*Previous experience setting and operating manual OR CNC centreless grinding machines
*Confident machining high precision components
*Well-versed making parts/components for highly regulated industries such as aerospace, oil & gas, automotive, nuclear, rail etc
*Strong problem solving ability
