As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for management and financial reporting for this growing financial services business whilst leading a small team with responsibilities including:
* Review and submission of monthly management accounts
* Prepare draft statutory accounts with disclosure notes for review
* Lead on the management of the external audit process
* Preparation of reports for board and committees
* Preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasting
* Support with regulatory reporting and preparation of wider ICAAP, ILAAP and R&R plan
* Tax reporting including VAT and Corporation tax
* Lead and develop a team of 2 staff
* Support the Head of Finance and CFO in ongoing projects
You will be a qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA with experience working within banking or wider financial services. You will have experience with statutory accounts and managing external audits and be willing to take on a broad role.
The client offers hybrid working, ideally 3 in the office and 2 from home and there can be some flex on this on an ad hoc basis.
There is on site car parking and the office is easily reached from the train station with it being a 20-minute journey from Kings Cross St Pancras.
