They are seeking an experienced company commercial solicitor looking to join a practice with a strong, forward-thinking reputation. You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines independently.
Requirements:
* Experience in both Corporate M&A and Litigation would be beneficial
* At least one years PQE and the ability to work with minimal supervision
* Strong business development skills.
