Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£35K OTE Year 1) (£50K Year 2) (£75K Year 3)

Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
* Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
* Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
* Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
* Managing your candidate database.
* Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
