Lettings Negotiator - Manchester - up to £25k basic plus commission
My client is a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand have been established in the area for many years. A modern and proactive brand who believe in providing their staff with a great work environment and on-going career progression. They are currently looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator with local area knowledge to join their team in Manchester.
Lettings Negotiator Main Duties:
* Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
* Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
* Booking and attending viewings
* Carrying out regular Landlord updates
* Negotiating offers
* Processing applications
* Dealing with customer enquiries
Key Skills required:
* Lettings experience required
* Possess excellent customer service skills
* Results driven
* Team player
* Full, clean driving licence and car
* Excellent communication skills
* Natural sales ability
* Self-motivated and organised
* Desire to succeed
