Our client is currently seeking a full-time Paralegal to join their busy Corporate Commercial team based at the
Eastbourne area. You will be supporting the department’s solicitors on a wide range of corporate transactions inclng:
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Management buyouts and buy-ins
* Private equity investment
* Corporate governance
* Administration sales/purchases
* Corporate restructuring
* Shareholders’ agreements
* Joint ventures
* IT licensing, support and maintenance agreements
* Terms and conditions of business
* Agency and distribution agreements
* Bespoke commercial contracts
* Intellectual Property agreements/contracts/licenses etc
Responsibilities:
* Incorporating companies.
* Co-ordinating and managing electronic data, including organising redacting and uploading documents and liaising with clients/third parties.
* Assisting with file management.
* Drafting and approving corporate documents
* Attending disclosure and completion meetings.

Experience:
* Legal: 1 year (minimum)
* Excellent IT, verbal and written communication skills, together with excellent interpersonal and client care skills,
* The ability to work effectively in a friendly and supportive team.
