Sales Executive
Full Time – Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm
£30,000 per annum basic + Bonus
25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Kerry Collins are excited to be working with an Industrial specialist in the manufacturing and Steel Industry.
We are seeking someone who is ambitious, proactive, target driven, and Sales orientated to join our clients existing team.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the management of existing business enquiries, developing new business enquiries and the necessary customer services associated with a Sales Executive.
Job description:
* Account manage customer base to achieve long term success.
* Update customer data shared spreadsheets.
* Act as point of contact and handle customer needs.
* Develop positive relationship with clients.
* Communicate problems internally and externally with production, quality, transport, and the end customer.
* Monitor sales metrics.
* Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities to fill A-plant facility.
* Support sales team and operate directly to Sales Manager.
* Customer quarterly reviews and customer satisfaction surveys
Person profile:
* Proven work experience as a Sales Executive.
* Hands on experience in Sales and ability to deliver customer experience.
* Understand sales performance metrics and CRM systems.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience in Manufacturing/Steel Industry.
