Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
* We are seeking a Technical Operations Analyst with proven technical skills and experience in supporting infrastructure services both in the cloud and on prem.
* Maintain and support infrastructure services across server and networks.
* Support, implement and manage services in Office 365 and Azure.
* Monitor capacity and performance of all services ensuring maximum system availability.
* Respond and troubleshoot critical outages across infrastructure, in conjunction with 3rd party carriers and vendors.
* Ensure operational support documentation is complete and accurate.
* Working to identify improvements and upgrades to IT infrastructure.
Skills Required
* 2 years+ Cloud Services Configuration and Administration, Azure & O365.
* Strong technical experience of Windows Server Operating Systems and VMware (ESXi/vCenter).
* Experience of Active Directory, Group Policy and other Microsoft administrative technologies.
* SQL Server and Powershell experience.
* Exposure to FortiGate or other firewalls technologies beneficial.
* SAN storage configuration and volume allocation technologies.
* Mimecast administration or similar experience with other email management solutions.
* Knowledge of Veeam or similar backup and replication technologies.
This role offers hybrid working - 4 days WFH/1 day office based.
