About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate leader to join us at our Bognor Regis Resort as part of our Accommodation & Cleaning team.
As a Hotel Head Housekeeper you’ll be vital in helping our guest’s create smiles – delivering the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the Hotel, overseeing, organising, and planning a large housekeeping team to ensure daily, monthly and yearly tasks are met and comply with company standards and Health and Safety procedures.

You should enjoy developing people and be passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to guests by nurturing, training and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment.

You will drive standards and have the ability to lead the team to excellence, incorporating all brand standards and Butlin’s way of working.

Reporting to the Hotel Accommodation Manager, you’ll enjoy the buzz of a busy environment and will drive your team to maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness.

You’ll have the ability to drive consistent brand standards for our Clean & Fault Free program (CAFF) whilst being guest obsessed and operating efficiently in everything you do.

The role will also involve analysing in-house job logging system, monitoring trends and escalating where required, checking stock control systems to maximise efficiencies and effectiveness across your areas of responsibility. You will be working with the wider Accommodation Leadership Team to achieve the future strategy within the department.
You should have a real passion for leading by example and inspiring others to deliver experiences that truly delight our guests. You should be an advocate for your team’s fulfilment at work, ensuring that you are having regular 121’s and PDP discussions to support their development and career with Butlin’s.

As with all roles at Butlin’s, no day will be the same and you will need to enjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuring that our guest experience is always your number one priority.
About You


We are looking for an individual with prior experience in a fast-paced leadership role within a cleaning environment. You should enjoy achieving set deadlines and have a passion to succeed leading a large team of people who are eager for success whilst developing a fun place to work. 

You should be passionate about leading and developing a team and supporting people through regular 121’s and coaching. 

Delivering an amazing experience to our guests is the most important part of this role so you should be passionate about every interaction and should seek opportunities to improve this wherever possible.
