Description
* Prepare and report weekly and monthly financial information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the GB Mills.
* Collaborate with Mill Managers and Category Accountants to meet their reporting needs.
* Identify and implement process improvements in accounting and financial reporting.
* Ensure compliance with financial control processes and group policies.
* Support the senior management team with scenario evaluations and financial analysis.
* Participate in and possibly chair weekly and monthly financial review meetings.

Profile
The successful candidate will:
* Be a qualified accountant (or QBE) with strong technical financial accounting skills.
* Have experience with ERP systems and strong financial process knowledge. Mtech & SAP desireable.
* Demonstrate excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
* Be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing confidential information with discretion.
* Experience in agriculture or FMCG industries is desirable but not essential.
