Job Description:
* Live Role: Office Manager
* Location: London Bridge
* Salary & Package: c.£40k (but negotiable, based on experience) + Perks (Christmas time off, pension scheme, social company events and evenings out, extra paid leave on birthday & Holiday: 23 days plus bank holidays!) + Progression

Office based role, 9am - 5:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome visitors and provide general support
* Handle office admin tasks (IT, maintenance, supplies, equipment)
* Maintain a pleasant and efficient office environment
* Coordinate with the IT support provider
* Liaise with the property landlord and maintenance subcontractors
* Manage office supplies and equipment
* Schedule appointments and meetings
* Arrange travel and accommodation
* Organize in-house and off-site activities and events
* Assist with onboarding new team members
* Deliver excellent customer support to both internal and external stakeholders
* Take on additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Strong administrative skills and keen attention to detail
* Confident communicator
* Ability to work independently
