Job Description:
MORTGAGE BROKER - HORSHAM - £25K - £30K
Our multi-award-winning mortgage broker, based in West Sussex is expanding and looking for a professional Mortgage Broker.
Responsibilities include:
*Completing full fact-finds to establish the best product solution.
*Selling a fee for my client’s service, where appropriate, prior to booking appointment.
*Obtaining relevant supporting documentation required, including ID, proof of address, pay and account information etc.
*Creating a file on the company’s CRM system.
*Ensuring that all compliance requirements are fully and accurately followed.
*Researching the mortgage market to find the most appropriate lender(s).
*Discussing options and agreeing best way forward with the client.
*Recommending appropriate insurance protection and sourcing from available providers.
*Arranging for the completion of relevant applications, referring to other advisers for sign off (if appropriate).
This will be a busy role and you will need to ensure that leads are quickly contacted, efficiently progressed and that you consistently deliver a positive customer experience.
Other key tasks may include:
*Diarising contact to follow-up leads that are seeking help in the future.
*Robustly contact diary leads in a timely fashion to progress or re-diarise as appropriate.
*Communicate and establish courteous relationships with all clients
*Build strong relationships
*Act as a strong advocate for the company and a role model to colleagues
*You will benefit from full Admin Support, however you may be required to carry out administrative tasks from time to time.
