Job Description:
My client is a fast-growing Wealth Management / Financial Planning firm which provides professional, face to face financial advice to clients throughout the UK, founded by an experienced team with a passion for excellent client experience and effective service delivery.
We are looking to recruit a Client Support Executive. In this position you’ll be responsible for the smooth and efficient delivery of the Adviser Support process and Client Services Charter. Providing a responsive administrative, organisational, and logistical service to multiple Financial Advisers.
Specific duties of the role include:
*General office administrative duties
*Opening new cases on CMS and iBusiness
*Updating CMS and iBusiness with client details
*Processing Letter of Authority’s with Providers
*Submitting requests for information
*Requesting Investment valuation updates
*Adviser pipeline management
*Client Service Charter administration
*IAF & OAF queries
*Provide regular updates to Financial Adviser about case progression
*Adviser diary management
*Booking Client Appointments
*Build a lasting relationship with all Clients and Stakeholders
This role is of key importance to the business and the successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience within secretarial and or administrative role/s within a fast-paced Client facing environment. You must have a great telephone manner, be well presented and have excellent organisational skills.
