Job Description:
Client Service Administrator
* Annual Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
* Location: Wimbledon
* Job Type: Full-time
My client is seeking a Client Service Administrator (CSA) to support their Financial Planners and ensure the delivery of excellent client service and communication. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the CSA will be a friendly and professional point of contact for their clients, managing client service needs and expectations to ensure satisfaction.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Act as a point of contact for clients and enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
* Organise client meetings and manage Financial Planner’s diary and workload.
* Prepare client documentation for meetings and follow-up as per business processes.
* Liaise with third parties and professionals regarding client investments, tax, or legal affairs.
* Maintain client files to required compliance standards and ensure accuracy of data.
* Process new business applications accurately and efficiently in a compliant manner.
* Liaise with product providers for timely and accurate client responses.
* Manage the data harvest process, portfolio valuations, and client transactions.
* Organise and prepare for client review meetings as per the Annual Review Process.
* Keep back-office systems up to date and manage ongoing client servicing requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent client service skills.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Proficiency in office systems and back-office software.
* Knowledge of compliance standards within the financial services industry.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
