Job description Job Title: 7.5t Home Delivery Driver
Work Location: Kent
Job Role:
* Completing multi-drop Home Deliveries into customers homes
* Working as part of a 2-person crew (either alongside an experienced drivers mate, or another driver)
* Delivering a range of bulky household goods (White Goods, furniture, electricals etc)
* Completing between 15-25 deliveries per shift
* Providing excellent Customer Service - being friendly when delivering, calling ahead to customers etc.
Requirements for the role:
* C1 driving licence entitlement (7.5t)
* Valid CPC & Digi Tacho card
* No more than 6 penalty points (No DD/IN driving offences)
* Physically fit - Lifting aids will be provided along with manual handling training, however the role will require you to lift heavy goods up flights of stairs and into customers homes.
* Friendly, polite nature - you will be the face of the business!
Shift Times & Pay Rates:
* 0630 start time
* Shift length will vary as the position is "Job & Knock" - Meaning that you finish whenever the deliveries are completed
* Average shift length will be around 10-12 hours
Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 weeks
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week
