ASB Case Manager
Ref: 81827
A highly reputable Housing Association based in Buckinghamshire are currently recruiting for an ASB Case Manager to join their team on a temporary basis.
Length of contract: 2 months temporary ongoing
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Location: High Wycombe with travel across the patch (hybrid, 2 days in office)
Pay: Up to £25 per hour umbrella
Role responsibilities:
• Managing and resolving a caseload of ASB cases including the most serious and complex cases
• Prepared legal notices and collate formal witness statements and proportionality assessments
• Representing the organisation in court and get successful outcomes for their communities
• Preparation and delivery of ASB training to operations and Housing team members
• Working closely with partner agencies to tackle ASB
• Providing advice to operations staff for best practice using current ASB tools & powers
• Preparing & serving legal documents e.g, Injunctions, Notices, NTQs, ABCs, Parenting
Essential requirements:
• An Enhanced DBS with the Adults lists checked from within the last 3 years or willingness to apply
• Experience dealing with ASB
• Use of a car is preferable to travel across the patch
