Description
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communication materials.
* Support with reception and be first point of contact for visitors
* Maintain organisation’s databases and filing systems.
* Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Handle confidential documents in accordance with policies and regulations.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* Assist in organising company events and functions.
