Job Description:
Role: Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Salary: £25k - £28k DOE
Location: Gravesend, Kent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours - Permanent

Attega is partnering exclusively with a large commercial drainage company that operates nationwide on their search for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator.
The main purpose of this role is to support the Sales and Marketing team by assisting with various tasks such tender pricing and writing, creating reports and presentations for meetings and being a point of contact for new enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare client facing documents and presentations for clients and the CRM team.
* Helping with charity events.
* Write an insider’s blog once a week on the industry and company services to increase SEO and LinkedIn.
* Support the Group Sales & Marketing Director and our PR agents with agreed tasks.
* Take a lead in the FM Tradeshow – staff training, pitch, freebies/email campaigns/product updates/presentations/client engagement – inviting to attend.
* Analyse web traffic data
* Ideas for brand growth/content creation/coordination and execution of marketing campaigns.
* Updating customers account plans, share of wallet and treasure maps with data from CRM team.
* Research and update competitor analysis data and creating SWOT analysis for each.
* Market research for lead generation from existing and for new clients.
* Managing new enquiries inbox.
* Support with tender pricing and writing.
* Creating reports and presentations for meetings.
* Scheduling and arranging team and client events.
* Office based contact for urgent data requirements for CRM team when on the road.
* Chase clients for aged quotes by email, trying to close them won.
On offer for the right candidate is a salary of up to £28000 p/a depending on experience, along with various other benefits such as extensive training and progression opportunities in a rapidly growing business, company social events, and company-wide discretionary bonuses.
The ideal candidate must have strong organisational skills, and could suit someone who has recently completed a marketing degree. A background in engineering or drainage would be extremely advantageous, along with a full UK license as there may be times you’re required to travel to client visits and trade shows.
