Job Description:
Our client require a Customer Service Administrator based at a busy manufacturing company.
You will be responsible for ensuring all customers are provided with a professional, efficient, and effective service that meets their expectations.
Responsibilities:
*Monitor customers perception and expectations of the Customer Services Department and help to develop and implement new systems.
*Liaise with operations team and shipping department to ensure all orders are scheduled, processed, and delivered in accordance with customer’s expectations.
*Adopt a proactive approach with customers by keeping them informed of delivery dates, any changes to schedules or anything else which may affect their orders, communicating with them by telephone, email, letter, and face to face.
*Helping to investigate and solve customer’s problems or complaints - Reporting on KPI’s relating to orders, identifying areas for improvement.
*Other duties as required.
The role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility, have good time management and able to problem solve and make decisions.
