Massage Therapists (Part time)
Location: Putney, London
Salary: £13.25 per hour plus commissions, plus £11.44 for un-booked hours

Position requirements:
v Must be qualified to BTEC / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (International qualifications welcome)
v Able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
v Able to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
v Knowledge of Swedish, or Deep Tissue, or Sports Massage techniques
v Willingness to learn more advanced techniques from our TMC Certified training programme, which is specifically designed to protect your joints from excessive pressures and extend your working career
v Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with customers, front desk team and management
v Understand and believe in the physical and lifestyle benefits of high-quality, good value massage that fits in with our customers’ lives
v Perform consecutive 50-minute to 80-minute quality massage therapy sessions (regular breaks are mandatory)
v Promote our internal upgrades of hot stones, scalp massage, aromatherapy or ’fantastic foot treatment’ (all will be trained)
v Conduct specific massage sessions based on customer’s individual needs
v Promote the health and wellness benefits to customer’s receiving massage therapy on a regular basis
v Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
v Provide excellent massage therapy to support the retention of TMC Members, who pay for a monthly membership (one massage a month)
v Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
v Must be eligible to work in the UK
v Must be able to speak a standard of English that enables you to communicate professionally with our clients
