Position: 1st Line Support
Location: Redhill
Salary: Up to £27k

Responsibilities:
* Log and update customer issues professionally.
* Manage customer expectations.
* Monitor and resolve alerts (backups, disk space, antivirus).
* Visit customer sites in London and the Southeast as needed.
* Address and escalate support issues.
* Assist with building customer computers using Autopilot.
* Keep customers and the Triage team informed about new processes and technologies.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
* Clean driving license (preferred but not essential).
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365, Azure).
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure Autopilot, Modern Workplace, Intune.
* Quick learner with logical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
* Experience supporting Windows, Macs, iOS, and Android devices.
* Microsoft certifications are a plus.
