Job Description:
New opportunity available for an experienced and friendly Team Leader to join a growing team.
The role is accountable and responsible for up to 100 designated accounts, ensuring timely, accurate billing and specialist debt management across all client accounts and will have up to 5 employees, reporting directly to the Team Leader.
ROLE:
* Lead regular client meetings to gain feedback on service levels.
* Work in conjunction with the management and sales team to ensure the seamless onboarding of new clients.
* Manage and analyse client debt levels.
* Ensure all client invoicing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
* Handle any escalated disputes and resolve quickly and effectively to ensure continued, high quality service
* ’Front of House’ for a number of key clients.
* General management and first point of contact for all members within the team.
* Coach and motivate all team members through various means.
* Responsible for setting and managing each team member’s individual KPIs.
* Review existing and develop new training documentation and techniques for employees.
* Responsible for authorising, monitoring and tracking staff absence.
* Assess existing internal processes and develop new processes where necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong capability and track record in managing a team of individuals.
* Setting and monitoring staff KPIs.
* Staff development and training.
* Advanced computer proficiency, MS Office, Teams
* Practice management systems: MidexPro / DGL / HeyDoc (desirable but not essential).
* Payment systems: Elavon / FirstData (desirable but not essential).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
