Our Client are currently looking for an Operations Manager (Fire Alarm) to join their highly valued team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Operations Manager (Fire Alarm) Role and Responsibilities:
* Oversee service, installation and fault works within the organisation
* Establish the strategic direction for the department, developing systems that promote growth and continuous improvement
* Encourage and support the development of the operations department, ensuring the team are technically proficient, engaged and fulfilled
* Create, implement and regularly assess operational policies and procedures
* Generate financial and operational reports
Operations Manager (Fire Alarm) Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience of managing Fire Alarm installation projects
* Estimating/Quoting/Survey experience
* Familiarity with BS 5839 standards for fire alarm installations in the UK
* Design experience is highly desirable for providing assistance and resolving issues effectively
* Effective leadership qualities with the ability to provide direction
