Job Description:
Are you looking for an Executive Assistant role with a business based in Bath in stunning offices?
We are working closely with a stunning business in Bath in their search for an Executive Assistant to work at CEO level.
This is a full-time, permanent role
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
Hybrid
Up to £40,000
As an Executive Assistant your role will be to support and work closely with the Exec Directors to ensure the smooth running of the office. Strong organisational and administrative skills are essential along with a good sense of humour and the ability to juggle many tasks at once.
Typical duties include:
* Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
* Respond to queries and situations on behalf of CEO
* Providing proactive solutions
* Organising meetings and appointments.
* Minutes of meetings and ensuring actions are completed
* Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
* Handle requests and queries appropriately.
* Reminding CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
* Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
* Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients on behalf of CEO
* Conducting research on behalf of the CEO.
The ideal candidate should:
* Proven experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant to Director level
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
* MS Office and English proficiency
* Outstanding organisation and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workloads
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Discretion and confidentially
