London (SW18)
£70,000-£75,000
Our client, an SME in the PR/tech sector is looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager/HR Business Partner for a newly created role based in London (SW18). As the company is expanding and undergoing a period of transition, the HR professional will play a crucial role in collaborating closely with the CEO to support the organisation through this growth phase. With a diverse workforce and international offices, this company offers a dynamic and multicultural work environment. The role is 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH.
Role Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
* Manage the recruitment and selection process.
* Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
* Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
* Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Person Specification
* 10 years HR experience within a generalist role
* Ideally stand alone and SME experience is a distinct advantage
* Ability to influence and work closely with the CEO to make a difference
* Experience in facilitating culture change and restructuring
* In-depth knowledge and experience of UK employment laws and regulations.
* Experience of working within a diverse/multicultural environment
In return you will receive a salary of between £70,000-£80,000
