Job Description:
Reed Public Sector is actively recruiting for a HR Consultant - Organisational Change on FTC for a local authority in the County of Kent
Salary:: £35,935 - £41,614 per annum - depending on experience
FTC - 20 months
Location: Hybrid
Working Pattern: Full Time
Hours: 37 hours per week.
DBS Check: No
We are looking for a HR Consultant to co-ordinate the delivery of improvements to the council’s pay policy over the next 2 years. This offers an exciting opportunity to join the Reviews and Organisational Change team at the Council and work on a major new initiative focused on policy development and cultural change to ensure the council is recruiting and retaining a talented workforce.
The successful candidate will work as part of a collaborative, supportive and customer focused team and deal directly with senior managers; providing advice, guidance, business case development as well as supporting consultation processes.
The successful candidate must have CIPD qualification and have experience of organisational change as a HR professional, with up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and high professional standards.
