This role will focus on supporting our commerce efforts on Emma’s Diary and Babycentre UK whose vision is to provide guidance, reassurance, information and product advice throughout the parenthood journey. The Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious affiliate marketing manager to join our dynamic digital marketing team to oversee our marketing efforts across all digital channels to drive commerce sales.
You will play a pivotal role in optimising our commerce introducer model by securing the best commission rates with affiliate networks, alongside coordinating our multi channel marketing activities across web, app, social, email
This role is perfect for a data-led commerce specialist who’s got a sharp eye for detail and a genuine desire in finding new ways to drive sales through the commerce sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
* Audit, coordinate and optimise all aspects of digital marketing and e-commerce, including website, app, social media, and email.
* Generate commerce campaigns (tentpoles) that can be executed across each of our digital channels e.g. social, email, push notifications, content
* Day to day point of contact for our affiliate partners responsible for securing best commission rates for key brands
* Identify new partnership opportunities with brands, retailers or affiliate networks
* Management/ownership of our profile on affiliate networks
* Leverage trends, evaluate and adopt new tools or technology.
* Collaborate with digital team to ensure all parties are clear on commerce deliverables
* Identify key revenue trends by channel and make recommendations to the wider marketing team where appropriate
* Understand the commerce user journey and make recommendations for improvements where necessary.
Job Qualifications
* Minimum of 4 years of work experience in an e-commerce/affiliate marketing role.
* Confident in managing affiliate platforms such as AWIN, Skimlinks, Impact
* Complete understanding of commerce conversion funnel
* Proven track record of executing digital commerce communication plans
* Ability to dig into sales data to identify trends and insights that be used to optimise performance of our cross-channel marketing plans
* Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Good team player mentality with a proactive attitude.
* Creative, independent thinker with a keen eye for detail.
