I am looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a leading Aerospace manufacturer on full time and permanent basis. This position will be responsible for the security, maintenance warehouse and services of facilities. The ideal candidate will have similar previous experience and have working knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical components.

Job Description

* Oversee building & ground maintenance, maintenance facilities and external areas, i.e. building works, whitewashing, road surface, fixtures.
* Operate and maintain custodial functions by leading the security service.
* Lead Maintenance function, both troubleshooting and preventive.
* Oversee and supervise the quality of work for their team to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
* Recommend maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

* Previous experience in a related field is essential
* Working knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical components and equipment is required.
* Confident with reading and interpreting documents, schematics and blueprints.
* Experience in operating forklifts and other powered equipment.
* Able to lead a team and able to adapt to changes in work requirements.
