Job Description:
Job title: Administration
Salary: 22,000 - 23,500
Location: Liverpool
Contribute to delivering an exceptional customer and member experience by providing administrative support to the team. Ensure all interactions and transactions are compliant, efficient, and professional, working within agreed service levels and adhering to relevant regulations at all times. Act as a point of contact, maintaining and owning relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Give excellent service when dealing with queries or correspondence, verbal and written as needed. Ensuring that all communications are clear, fair and not misleading
* Make outbound calls and take inbound calls, maximising every customer interaction through generating and retaining business
* Represent the group with a detailed knowledge of the required product set
* Create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships across the organisation to encourage good cross functional teamwork in delivering the experience and understand and appreciate the importance and value of these relationships.
* Organise personal workloads and prioritise effectively to ensure that agreed SLA’s, workload and personal objectives are met and assist team colleagues and other business areas to manage peaks in workload.
* Handle a variety of data inputting and processing tasks including but not limited to, scheme maintenance, payment collection and administration, system diary management, database and report generation.
* Positively embrace change as well as actively seeking and champion process improvement opportunities that will improve service, reduce costs and increase efficiency and effectiveness.
* Being accountable of your personal development. Understanding the Police / Forces Mutual vision and how this is delivered through the achievement of personal objectives.
* Act as a process owner or subject matter expert where needed.
* Complete ad-hoc tasks as requested and assist team colleagues to manage peaks in workload.
* Respond enthusiastically to guidance, advice and coaching with other colleagues, team managers and 121s.
* Attend and contribute to team meetings
* Takes personal responsibility for Health and Safety regulations, addressing and escalating risks and events as required
