While candidates with some FP&A or commercial finance experience are preferred, we are also open to those looking to transition from management accounting or other finance roles. Graduates with a strong academic background will be considered for the lower end of the salary range. This role will strengthen the reporting and analysis and areas of the FP&A team. This is fundamentally a reporting and analysis role, but opportunities will be given for candidates to develop their wider FP&A and business partnering skills
Hybrid: 3 days in office.
Salary: £30,000-£40,000
Key Responsibilities:
* Production of the Lettings Weekly Performance Reports.
* Supporting in the production of the Monthly Board Pack.
* Monthly P&L and KPI variance analysis and supporting commentary.
* Partnering with divisional directors & senior teams to drive enhanced, value adding reporting and analysis.
* Key focus on reducing the volume of reporting by analysing data and highlighting key trends and messages.
* Supporting the planning cycles - quarterly forecast and budget.
* Incorporate acquisitions into company’s FP&A (working closely with other areas of finance).
* Ad hoc project work
Job Challenges:
* Performing under pressure in a fast-paced environment whilst working with a high level of accuracy to meet deadlines.
* Have a strong desire to understand the business and develop FP&A skills.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
* Desire to work with and analyse large datasets and distil into clear analysis.
What are we looking for:
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Solid excel and PowerPoint skills
* Strong academic background.
The following experience is desirable:
* Background in FP&A or other commercial finance roles.
* Knowledge of property market and associated services
* Has commenced CIMA certification.
