Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £35,000
We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to join this growing business and lead their HR function.
You will lead and own the whole HR function and be responsible for:
Your Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the recruitment process including interviewing and onboarding.
* Handle all employee enquires and resolve conflicts.
* Responsible for performance management.
* Lead on all training and development.
* Process company benefits.
* Implementation of new company policy.
What You’ll Need:
* 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
* Strong HR systems experience.
* Benefits and payroll experience desirable.
* Strong ER knowledge.
* Policy implementation.
