Job Description:
A superb opportunity has arisen for a compliance driven Client Onboarding Executive to join this well established and highly respected law firm based in the heart of South West London
Duties as follows:
* Responsible for assisting with the management of the client onboarding process, particularly in relation to all client due diligence and anti-money laundering matters.
* A strong understanding of compliance processes and regulatory requirements is essential, ideally within a professional services environment
* Proven ability to develop and nurture solid business relationships with corporate clients and answer any CDD/AML queries as and when required.
* To perform detailed CDD and AML checks on both new and existing clients to ascertain their risk profiles
* To quickly identify any potential high-risk client profiles and escalate them to the Compliance Team accordingly..
* To monitor and report any unusual client transactions to the AML team.
* To keep up to date with changing legislation in relation to CDD and AML matters and relay these to the clients, explaining the need for full transparency in order to fully comply with compliance procedures.
* To accurately prepare reports on CDD and AML compliance for senior management.
This role requires confident communication and organisational skills as well as meticulous attention to detail and a good understanding of CDD and AML processes.
