Our client based in Leighton Buzzard are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join their team, this a permanent role, to qualify for this role you must have previous Engineering Management (5 years minimum) experience from a Manufacturing/Production environment, have excellent work ethics, and pride yourself with attention to detail, be reliable and hardworking. Lead a team of Engineers - leading by example.
* Drive business initiatives to grow the business.
* Development and Implementation of systems, procedures and protocols to ensure that they meet the standards required.
* Research and select the best machinery.
* Present to Senior Management.
* Have experience of assembly automation, plastic injection moulding and metal stamping.
* Heavily involved in various projects, this must be demonstrated on your CV.
* Possess a good understanding of quality PSW/PPAP/APQP and Lean principles.
* Preparation of annual operational and capital expenditure budget.
£70K, Permanent
