Key Responsibilities:
*Client Engagement: Collaborate with a range of payroll sector clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll activities.
*Payroll Administration: Handle end-to-end payroll processes, including data entry, processing payroll runs, and managing statutory deductions.
*Compliance: Stay abreast of legislative changes and ensure all payroll activities comply with current regulations and guidelines.
*Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any payroll-related issues promptly.
*Team Collaboration: Work closely with the established team of financial professionals, contributing to a positive and collaborative working environment. Qualifications and Experience:
*Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably within an accountancy practice.
*Familiarity with payroll software and a strong understanding of payroll legislation.
*Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
