*Review and supervise the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and tax returns.
*Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
*Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations, tax laws, and industry trends.
*Contribute to business development efforts, identifying opportunities to expand the firm’s client base.
*Lead by example, motivating your team to excel and delivering high-quality work.
Qualifications and Skills:
*ACA, ACCA qualification (nearing completion or already qualified).
*Substantial experience within an accountancy practice, with a strong background in client management and team leadership.
*Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management and client interactions.
*Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor, motivate, and guide team members.
*Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
*Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
*Proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
