Job Description:
Employee Relations Advisor . * Job Type: Full-time - Temporary. * Location: West London . * Salary: £19 p/h . We have partnered with an organisation based in West London who are seeking a proactive Employee Relations Advisor to join their busy HR team to support with a range of ER Advisory and people related tasks for a temporary period of around 8 weeks. This role will play a pivotal role within the companies HR function.  . Day to Day of the role will include:. * Managing all Employee life cycle tasks . * Support with any Employee Relations cases . * Respond any employee HR requests relating to pay queries, holiday requests, contracts and references . * Support recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure effective onboarding.. Required Skills & Qualifications:. * Employee Relations experience . * Strong understanding of HR policies, principles, and legal requirements.. * Ability to provide practical advice on a range of HR matters.. * Experience of supporting across the wide range of the Employee lifecycle. This role is a temporary position so would suit someone who is available immediately or is able to start within the next few weeks and who can commit to a minimum of 8 weeks, ideally this role will be office based.
