Job Description:
As the Operations Manager on site for Inventory you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the stock and administration. This role is critical to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the site.
Client Details
Our client is a significant player in contract logistics. You will be based at their high perming site in Basingstoke.
Description
* Manage the overall inventory and administration processes within the department.
* Ensure accurate stock control and efficient distribution of products.
* Coordinate with other departments for optimising stock levels.
* Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes.
* Manage staff and handle their training and development.
* Prepare and present regular reports on stock levels and administrative efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
* Contribute to the department’s strategic planning and decision-making.
Profile
The successful ’Stock & Admin Manager should have:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
* Experience Operations Management with a strong skill base around inventory and systems.
* Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
* Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant computer applications.
