Job Description:
Luxury Travel Agent & Tailor Made Established Clients To Service
My Client is inviting agents to apply to join their illustrious team of experienced Travel Agents, whom are crossing in between Luxury Tailor Made, and High end travellers.
You need to have a sound and confident understanding of the luxury travel space, and have a level of service that is just second to none.
The client has a strong focus on absolute concierge style servicing of their clients, nothing is ever too much and whatever it takes you need to be able to deliver it.
This role will not suit someone who is looking at clocking on and clocking off, it is potentially around the clock when a client is travelling with you.
Even during the downturn, their clients are still travelling although not as much, but this team is confident that their clients need them now the most, money has become almost no object to their clients.
You need to know how to source flights and hotels, how to work with a GDS system such as Amadeus, or Galileo and navigate the array of suppliers for accommodation including DMC’s and the usual bedbanks.
Times are hard in travel, but this can be an amazing opportunity for you enter into a team at the highest echelon of the trade.
You must be able to demonstrate that you really do have the sound knowledge and experience of the systems, have a high level of service you would expect yourself if staying at a top resort for example.
Service is the key, and my clients will need to be sure you can deliver on that.
If you feel that you can meet the above, email your CV and we can start the process.
Thanks
James
