Job Description:
A dynamic and innovative Design and Planning consultants with the eagerness to succeed whilst operating within their own values are seeking a Senior Design Engineer. Salary: £45,000 to £55,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm

Your main responsibilities are will be;
* Deliver designs within the budget
* Manage resource allocations to ensure team members are fully utilised
* Work with the SMT to assist with projects from other offices and disciplines;
* Ensuring that the requirements of all authorities and bodies are incorporated into designs
* Authorising design information and reports
* Ensuring that all designs are prepared in accordance with MCHW, DMRB guidance
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following;
* Knowledge of Section 278 and Section 38 highway design projects
* Experience with developing, mentoring and supervision of Highway Design staff
* Robust working knowledge of highways Technical documents within the DMRB
* Manage the development of contract documents in accordance with relevant Highway contracts
* Experience in highway drainage design and use of MicroDrainage software
* Working knowledge of the Civils 3D CAD package.
