We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Officer to join the team and contribute to their success. . Responsibilities:. * Partner closely with business leaders to support the delivery of strategic and operating plans.. * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.. * Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.. * Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters.. * Conduct performance reviews and recommend development opportunities.. * Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.. * Foster a positive and inclusive work environment..
