Job Description:
Reed HR are recruiting for a prestigious luxury retail brand known for its exquisite products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Officer to join the team and contribute to their success. 
Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with business leaders to support the delivery of strategic and operating plans.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
* Conduct performance reviews and recommend development opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
* CIPD or equivalent HR qualification 
* Minimum 4 years experience within HR
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Passion for the luxury retail industry.
