*Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to understand candidates’ skills, experience, and career aspirations.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, legal departments, and candidates to ensure successful placements.
*Provide personalised career guidance and advice to candidates, helping them navigate the legal job market.
*Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture, ensuring the perfect match between candidate and organisation.
*Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal developments to better serve both clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
*Previous experience in legal recruitment or professional services sector.
*Willingness to learn about the legal industry and its various practice areas.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
*A passion for fostering successful, long-term professional relationships.
