Job Description:
Recruitment Coordinator - 6 Month Temporary Contract
On-site Rocester
Role overview:
We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator on temporary basis to work on-site in Rocester. Your role will be to provide administrative support for all on-site personnel, enabling them to perform effectively.
You will ensure the smooth running of recruitment administration and scheduling, assisting the operational team to enhance the customer experience, whilst ensuring service excellence. To ensure that Guidant values and guiding principles are upheld in everything you do, and that any action you take continually works towards achieving ’high road’ recruitment practices. Ensure that a good understanding of the company business strategies is maintained, and actively support as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the full recruitment life cycle, from role approval to offer, including any related administrative tasks.
* Managing roles in the recruitment systems, including making amendments, confirming interviews, and supporting new starter setup.
* Generating reports.
* Handling ad hoc administrative tasks across the account.
* Communicating with stakeholders, suppliers, and candidates.
* Assisting with the onboarding of candidates.
What we’re looking for:
We need a proactive and professional coordinator who can naturally build rapport with our team, candidates, workers, and clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, reliable, and proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel), with experience in a recruitment or HR environment.
