Job Description:
Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Business Development Administrator for an ongoing temporary position at the London-based office of a prestigious international law firm.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Participates in the tracking and reporting of proposals, pitches, RFPs, and presentations.
* Liaises with attorneys and others to collect experience data and coordinates with the
* Director of Business Development Systems to make sure the data is in the firm’s experience database.
* Support multiple business development projects and tasks at any given time, exhibiting flexibility and commitment as priorities change.
* Coordinate responses to ad hoc assignments from the Chief Business Development Officer and other department leaders.
* Monitor and track Business Development initiatives to ensure department goals and strategies are achieved,
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish multiple assignments and deliverables on an ongoing basis under very tight deadlines.
